The controller uses standard signals from industrial sites for control (0-5V voltage, 0-10V voltage, 0-20mA current, 4-20mA current, with one of the control signals selected) to proportionally adjust the valve body current.
When using the controller, it is necessary to connect the power line, ground wire, signal wire, and connect the proportional valve wire to the proportional valve. After selecting the appropriate voltage based on the proportional valve model and powering it on, the adjustment of the proportional valve opening can be achieved by adjusting the current or voltage of the signal line.
For example, a certain controller has an input of 0-5V and an output current of 1A. When the control signal is detected to be 4V (80%), the controller executes the action. At this time, the current flowing through the proportional valve is 0.8A (80%), and the flow rate can be obtained by querying the proportional valve specification book.
